In the unique environment of the Salabka restaurant (https://salabka.cz) in Prague, we have prepared a tasting concept that goes beyond the usual "tasting". It is a complex experience where each whisky is not just tasted - but purposefully paired with a specific course, created by the chefs directly tailored to its flavour profile.

The event is deliberately limited to a maximum of 12 guests to ensure maximum comfort, a personal touch and an exceptional experience without compromise.
An introduction to the world of whisky
The evening begins with a guided tasting of the three basic styles of whisky:
- Irish whiskey - smooth, fruity, approachable
- Scotch whisky - complex, layered, often with a smoky character
- American bourbon - sweeter profile, vanilla, caramel, oak
The aim is to create a solid foundation of understanding - how whisky is made, what makes each region different and how to read its flavour profile. It also includes a brief historical context and trivia from the world of whisky.

The initial tasting is followed by the evening itself - a four-course menu where each course is paired with a carefully selected whisky:

Representative of Japanese precision. Extremely smooth, harmonious blended whisky with floral notes, honey and subtle spice.

Iconic blended whisky, the flagship of the brand. Exceptionally balanced, with deep notes of chocolate, dried fruit and subtle smoke.
Premiere launch of Element Irish Whiskey in the Czech Republic - you will be the first to taste it exclusively at this event.
